This inventive new single from Shambhu may at first appear to be a simple easy on the ears piece when first listened to, but within the weave of the narrative it touches many emotions, points to emotive references, and also provides the listener with a backdrop, and reflective nuances, and all in 158 seconds, this crafted new offering is called Helping Hands, something we all need from time to time.

The strum start is as gentle and tender as you can imagine, while the piece unfurls like a petal, 50 seconds in the first major change occurs on a track that features acoustic guitars, bass and Dobro, and this is the first time that he performs on a custom-made Oracle Guitar crafted by master luthier Todd Johnston.

The uplift on that aforementioned mark breeds a moment of deep emotional healing and reflection, whilst constantly moving onward, in the same way and style, that US instrumentalist Holland Phillips used to do back in the day. The picking of notes and constant strum, breed beautiful layers of warmth and tenderness.
