Destiny

Jacquelyn G. Kleine has produced some amazing
compositions in her time, from the sparkling reveries of Neptune, to the majestic beauty of Halcyon to name but two, today though I take a deep dive into the
realm of her latest single entitled Destiny,
and by the end of the track conclude that this may well be her best recording
yet.
This for me has an ambience to it that is both charming and
meditative, and incredibly calming to the musical soul, there is a particular
sense of spaciousness to Kleine’s music, and Destiny inhabits that space beautifully. Rather than rushing
towards a conventional musical climax, the piece seems content to breathe,
giving each element room to establish its presence and allowing the listener to
become absorbed in the journey.
This is one of those pieces that will pull you back in time
to the golden ages of the new age music genre; there is also a quiet confidence
in the composition. Destiny does not
need to shout to make its point. Its emotional power comes through suggestion, the
gradual accumulation of sound, mood and movement. It is music that rewards
stillness, and in an increasingly noisy musical landscape, that is no small
achievement.
At its coda I can honestly say that her work here on this new single and her instrumentation of choice, has brought her one of the finest examples of new age music in this modern era with ease, and should be regarded as her best work thus far, as we celebrate the brilliance of Destiny by Jacquelyn G. Kleine.
