Today we pay homage to one of the greats of what could loosely be called the New Age Piano genre, in the great and sadly missed Annie Locke, however her partner Francis over the year since her passing has kept the music alive, and this new single is living proof of that, and entitled Waltzing through the Years.

This brand new release from the collection of creative tunes is a beautiful repose, one that moves into an uplifting and happy waltz of a memory. I am glad for one this has been released to the world, as it has reminded me of not just how good a pianist Annie was, but how warm her manifestations were, to me there are not many that could touch her warmth and tenderness on this single, or on any of her numerous releases over the many years.

With Waltzing Through The Years we can celebrate her legacy with a romantic, modern classical style, we can once again bathe in her emotionally resonant, relaxing music, and we can enjoy a sumptuous reverberation of charm and grace all rolled into one beautiful composition.

Fans of truly good music, and of course the legions of the solo piano genre, will adore this new single released on behalf of Annie, memories of her abundant skill and colourful structures will flow to the front, and this will leave listeners and fans happy in the knowledge, that her compositions which are intended to help listeners relax and find inner peace are still doing their job, and that is of course, the beauty of music, it is eternal.
