Over the last seven years or so the music of Michelle Qureshi has played a big part
in my life in one way or another, she is a composer of great thought and care.
Her artistic abilities are always something to completely look forward to, and
that’s just as well as today I am bathed in the beauty of her latest release,
as part of the Myndstream Summer Flights
project, with a classy composition entitled Night Of a Thousand Stars.
This in my view is one of the best creations from the mind of
Qureshi yet, the guitar work is sublime and spans the ages, and using all the
experience and knowledge gained thus far to manifest something incredibly
ambient, but soulful. Night of a
Thousand Stars is one of those pieces that will mean something special, but
different to all who listen to its transcendent performance and tones; a total
and utter winner in my humble opinion.
