Autumn's Waltz

I have listened to the latest single to come our way from Shoshana Michel a couple of times now,
it’s a felted solo piano piece entitled Autumn’s
Waltz, and each time I do so, I have the same image that comes to my mind.
The image is an old movie scene, where there’s a couple dancing, in the
background you can see it is night time, one of the characters, the female, in dressed
all in white, the male is dressed in black, there is a sadness to their
dancing, as they only see each other for a short while each year, as summer
comes to an end, before winter arrives, and they know it will be a long time
before they can return to each other’s arms once more.
There is a real melancholy feel to the arrangement, one that
has you hooked from the very first note. This is a great new release from the
artist, one that I am sure will be a hit with all who listen to it.
