This has to be one of my favourite compositions of the
moment; Julia Thomsen has created a
film score arrangement that will remain in the heart and mind, in a timeless
eternity of symphonic brilliance with her release Winter Love.
Orchestrations with a gentle hand, a more fluent and artistic
piece I have yet to find, and symphonic gestures that radiate all that is
sparkling, bright and romantic about a snow strewn winter time.
This is one of those classic final movie scene soundtracks
that leave you tingling with every fibre of your body, a perfect built and
progressed arrangement with a crescendo to die for; this is neo-classical music
at its very best.
